By default when creating a form with EasyForm the tool used in Ploud. For email fields added to your form will automatically be filled in with your email from the email address you set up your Ploud account with.
This only happens when you are logged in to the Ploud site your clients (Anonymous) users will not have this issue the email field will be blank. You only need to make these setting changes if it bothers you to have this field filled in automatically.
