- Check the Knowledge Base to find articles and how-tos that will answer your question or help with your problem.
- Post in the Forum if you want to have a conversation about a new feature or something you don't understand.
- Create a new ticket if you have a request or problem that needs to be addressed.
Before asking a question of creating a ticket, it can be helpful to review the kinds of information you can gather to help us understand your question.
