The latest version of Ploud is Ploud6 and there has been added security to this version for your sites protection.So when adding 3RD party scripts such as catalog searches or scrolling digital book scripts they may not display on your site. When you add these scripts and they do not display Enfold may need to add of CSP rules to allow Ploud to load them. Enter a ticket to have us look into what may be the issue.
How to add source code in PLoud6
Please include the following when entering a ticket. The more information you can provide the better the chances are we can get the script to work.
We cannot support 3rd party scripts directly with the script provider. Some scripts simply do not work in Ploud and may need adjusting by the service that provides the source code. Any communication needs to come from you not Enfold.
- What URL (page) the script is on.
- Is the script in the center content area or a left or right portal
- What does the script do
- What is the company URL providing the script.
- Any instructions that was provided to install the script including the code
