October 2024 Release Details

Modified on Fri, 18 Oct at 3:27 PM

The following changes were made to Ploud 6 in the October 2024 release:

Header Background fixes for the Default and Metropolis themes - they now support the ability for users to upload header backgrounds like the other themes

Font fix for Hemingway: The Palatino font was not displaying properly on Windows. The theme now uses the Palatino Linotype font on Windows.

Mobile Nav Button Fix—The mobile navigation button on some themes was not visible. We've made some changes to make it stand out more on Mobile devices.

Contents View Pagination Changes - The contrast on the pagination buttons in the Contents View was increased across all themes.

Mosaic Tiles and Row Styling - Introduced back into Mosaic display pages, the ability to add styles to tiles and rows, including adding a border, shadow, and background color to rows.

WYSIWYG Editor in Mosaic tiles - The Rich Text tile WYSIWYG editor toolbar did not have the features that the standard WYSIWYG toolbar had for other content. The Rich Text Tile toolbar has been updated to have the same features.

Sort ordering fix - In the Contents view, a bug prevented users from sorting their content. This issue has been fixed.

Clearing the server cache when saving site configurations fixed an issue where the user did not see the changes right away when a site configuration was changed because the original values were being cached. This issue has been fixed so that when site configuration changes are made, we clear the cache to ensure the end user sees the latest settings.

Collection Event Listing not displaying - Collections have an Event Listing view that has a special view for events that are part of that collection. This view was not displaying events and this issue has been fixed.
