Editing the Footer (Ploud6)

Editing the footer has changed in Ploud6 it is now being handled as a portlet much like the left and right portlets.

To add an address and the like you would want to use Static Portlets. 

Accessing the Footer portlet
Accessing the manage Portlet function is the same for all portlets.

1.) Select Manage Portlets > Footer

2.) If you are adding a new Portal you will want to add the portlet to the container itself so that the new portlet will show on all pages. To do that click Go Here. Every new Static Portlet will be added to the left.

3.) When your site was created from a template it included in the Footer three Static portlets.

4.) To edit a Static Portlet click on any of the links as shown above. This will open up the portlet edit screen. Make sure to Save your changes.
