Reoccurring Event Examples Closed for the Holiday (Ploud6)

With the  Reoccurring Events feature you can create repeating events with ease. If your not familiar with Reoccurring Events you can learn about them here. In this article, we will demonstrate some reoccurring events for popular holidays. This is useful for posting these holidays in your calendar for when the library is closed. 


All these examples can be added under the recurrence - Add heading in your collection


Tip - You could add a tag to all these holiday events such as the tag Closed. Which could then be used in a collection to show all dates the library will be closed on these holidays. Learn about adding tags here



Note:  If you make changes to an existing reoccurring event you need to re-save on the popoup as well as the event for the changes to take effect. 



Closed New Years - This event  is for News Years that repeats Yearly on January 1st and will repeat 7 times.
