Collection Example - Events Created Before a Specific Date

This collection is an example of listing events that are over 90 days old. You could use this collection to find old events that are no longer in use but are still in your site. Removing expired events will speed up your site as well as remove clutter and help keep your site organized and manageable. It is a assumed you have a basic knowledge of how to create a collection. Note: If the event is a reoccurring event that was created before the creation date defined but also includes future dates it will be listed as well. So the dates you see on a listed event necessarily won't show as a past date for reoccurring events. Just know that the event was created before the date you have defined. This only applies to reoccurring events and is not an issue with pages or News Items.

This Search term can be easily be modified to search for pages. news Items and more by changing the Type of item your looking for. The same applies for the "Before Date" you can change that date to reflect any before date.

In this example you will get a list of all the pages and News Items created before the year 2020
