Changing Your Site's Title

Modified on Mon, 31 Aug 2015 at 12:08 PM

Your site's title is the name that appears next to the logo in the top banner section of the site. To change it:

  1. Click on the button that displays your user name in the top right-hand corner of the page to open the dropdown menu.
  2. Select Site configurations.
  3. Enter the text you would like to use as your Site Title in the first field. This text will be used by search engines to identify your site, so it should always list your library's name.
  4.  The Site Title Visible field allows you to control whether the Site Title shows up when visitors view your page. Your options are:
    1. Everywhere
    2. Not Visible
    3. Just for the home page
    4. Just for internal pages
  5. The Site Title Font field allows you to choose from a set of web-supported fonts. If your Site Title is set to be displayed anywhere on your site, it will show up in the selected font.
  6. Site Title Font Size allows you to set how big your title will be when displayed.
  7. Show Site Title In Bold allows you to make the Site Title bold.

Future changes are planned to allow for customizing the color of your title font, and to allow for custom line breaks for long titles. These are not yet implemented, but will be announced when they are added.
